A family-built agency in every sense of the word.

Big Claw Media was founded by Jake and Lauren Biondi, and the people who help run it are family too, literally. We built BCM to be intentionally hands-on, and that starts with who’s in the room. When you work with us, you’re working with people who genuinely care about the outcome.

Founder | Paid Media & Growth Strategy

Jake is the strategic engine behind BCM’s client results. With a background spanning Fortune 500 brands and scrappy DTC startups, he brings the same rigorous, data-first approach to every account — regardless of budget size. His expertise sits at the intersection of paid media, creative performance, and full-funnel growth architecture.

He doesn’t believe in set-it-and-forget-it campaign management. Every account gets real attention, real analysis, and real iteration. That’s not a tagline — it’s reflected in the results on our work page.

Founder | Head of Creative

Lauren leads all things creative at BCM and she’s the reason the work looks as good as it performs. Her background spans nonprofit mission-driven storytelling and high-performance DTC creative, which gives her a rare ability to make ads that feel human and convert at scale.

She oversees BCM’s growing UGC practice, directs creator content from brief to final edit, and produces the static and motion ad creative that powers client campaigns. She also brings a strategic lens to every piece — nothing leaves BCM that isn’t built to do a job.

UGC | Video Editing

Joey brings a rare combination of creative instinct and marketing know-how to BCM’s UGC practice. As General Manager of School of Rock East Brunswick, he spent years learning what makes messaging connect with real people — and he brings that same understanding to every script and edit he produces for BCM clients.

He writes UGC scripts that feel natural and authentic rather than produced, and edits footage with a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching. He’s a genuine storyteller first — which is exactly what great UGC requires.

SEO | UGC

Jack manages UGC production, creator outreach, and script writing at BCM, and also leads SEO for clients who need it. His approach to both comes down to the same thing: actually understanding the audience and building something that earns its place. He came up through a “tell me what to do and I’ll learn it” mentality, and it’s turned into real expertise in two of the channels clients care about most.

On UGC, Jack puts himself in the mind of the target audience before writing a single line. The goal is ads that feel human, not a firehose of low-effort content. He’d rather pour effort into fewer videos that actually convert, and it shows. UGC is now the primary ad spend for most of his clients. His SEO work runs on the same principle: no blanket playbooks, no smoke and mirrors, just a customized content-led strategy with realistic expectations. In his first four months with one brand, he doubled users, doubled engagement time, and took leads from 5 to 370.

chief morale officer

Crinkle

100-pound American Bully. Protector of the home office, professional snuggler, and BCM’s unofficial mascot. Crinkle takes his role seriously, particularly at mealtimes and during strategy sessions that run too long. He is the reason both Jake and Lauren insist the agency has excellent work-life balance.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Humans over automation

We use tools, we don’t let tools use us. Every strategy is built and owned by a real person.

Accountability over optics

We report real numbers, flag real problems, and take real ownership of outcomes.

Long-term over short-term

We’d rather build something that compounds than spike your numbers and disappear.

Community over self

A portion of every dollar we earn goes back to Philadelphia and the causes we care about.
